Dogs Dangerously Out Of Control

Under Section 3 Dangerous dogs act 1991 an owner or person in charge of a dog at the time of the incident commits an offence if the dog causes reasonable apprehension that any person will be injured.

It only takes a report from a member of the public to the police stating they feared for their safety whilst your dog was out of control. No injury is required.

Id Highly recommend the Dog Clinic. The service was second to none, immediately answered any queries and they represented myself and my dog in court I would give 10 stars if it was possible. Thank you for everything you did for myself and my dog.
